Every member of our management team is characterized by experience, professionalism, hard work, and innovative thinking. Starting with our chairman Jerry Whitlock and continuing throughout our entire group, we are the best in the business at what we do.
Jerry Whitlock, founder and chairman of the board. He has served as an industry advisory board member of Strategic Food Capital Partners, L.D. - a private equity firm dedicated exclusively to the food industry. Mr. Whitlock also served as an ambassador to East Asia as a member of the American People Ambassador Program founded by Dwight D. Eisenhower. He was also ambassador to Russia representing the People to People Food Packaging Technology Delegation.
David Moller, Chief Executive Officer, has 29 years of executive experience. David is responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies, such as rationalization of unprofitable assets and customers, reducing plant and corporate overhead, and securing long term commitments with customers to drive growth. David generated sales and earnings growth by mutually developing targeted acquisition opportunities with strategic customers. He has significant C-level experience in business development, manufacturing & supply chain management, contract negotiations, price strategies, risk management, organizational development, project management, and new technology platforms.
Chris Cronje, Chief Financial Officer, has more than 44 years of diverse executive and financial experience. His professional knowledge encompasses the automotive, steel fabricating, and beverage industries. In his dual role, Mr. Cronje is responsible for all Cutting Edge Beverage activities, including working with the Board of Directors as well as the management team in developing and implementing overall strategies and goals. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Whitlock Packaging Corporation. Mr. Cronje has extensive experience in multi-manufacturing business turn-around, acquisitions, and business performance improvement strategies.
Keith Bishop, VP & Corporate Controller, has more than twenty-five years of financial and accounting experience. He is responsible for all corporate financial, accounting and treasury functions and is instrumental in strategic development and implementation of all corporate financial and accounting practices. Keith is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s.
Michael Guidry, VP Business Development, is a seasoned Business Development executive with 20 years of experience. His diverse experience includes international food, dairy, and beverage manufacturing with strong skills in strategy, supply chain, marketing, and business development. He also has a manufacturing background in products, packaging systems, and processing equipment. He is skilled in strategic planning, business development and marketing.
Shane Banks, VP Operations, is a seasoned Operations Executive with more than nineteen years manufacturing experience in the consumer and beverage packaging industries. He has a strong background in P&L, high-speed manufacturing, processing, packaging, warehousing, lean manufacturing, quality systems, packaging design, new product development, blow-molding, private label bottling, and new plant start-ups.
Bill Towler, VP of Sales, is a seasoned Sales Executive with more than 24 years of developing sales and marketing strategies. He has created and implemented our successful sales and marketing strategies designed to enhance and grow sales opportunities in the branded beverage market. He is responsible for all of the Whitlock branded products, including Juice Bowl and JBs Teas.
Ted Smith, VP Human Resources, is an experienced human resource executive with more than 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Organization Development and Design, Change Management, Leadership, and Training Development. All of his experience is within various manufacturing environments including: beverage, aluminum cans, paper, oil field tubing and casing, and automotive. He also has consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies.
Eileen Thomas, VP Operations/Cutting Edge Beverages has more than 30 years hands-on beverage experience. She oversees Operations and Customer Service for both Juice Bowl branded and Private Label. Eileen has extensive experience in Product Development, Supply Chain, and Quality Control of both branded and Private Label products. Her responsibilities include Private Label customer interaction at all levels and from story board to store shelf.
Jim Benham, Corporate Director, Automation/Engineering (16 years at Whitlock). Benham attended Milwaukee School of Engineering where he received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1989. He has worked as an Automation Engineer for more than 21 years.
Brett Tabler is a skilled Information Technology Executive with more than 25 years of experience in oil & gas, healthcare, service, and technology industries. He has a strong background in large system integration, data & voice networks, global support, product development, compliance, and security.
